This is the opposite of the previous word. This term of course is quite often used for the own work (and as a very overt way to tell others to get cracking) than that of the others because the perception of humans is always like that 
Said about the actions of others, it is a compliment.
Example: Mi’selka ‘doky het’ny xen’han. (3S-selka (INF)carry thing 1PL-ALL) S/he does his part of carrying the things for us.
